2004 Boys Gymnastics State Tournament to be held in Lehi Utah.
The Lehi Legacy Center is proud to announce that the 2004 Utah State Boys Gymnastics Tournament will be held at the Legacy Center on March 13, 2004. This event will feature the best in the state representing their home gymnastics programs. We expect 400-500 athletes, which combined with their families will be 1500 to 2000 people during the course of the day’s activities. These people will be spending time in the hotels/motels and restaurants of Lehi.
AAI, the world wide leader in Gymnastics equipment is helping to support this event by providing at a very small cost, over $6500 worth of equipment to help supplement the Legacy Center’s outstanding gymnastics equipment. The dollar amount cost of providing judges, awards, shirts, and other amenities is obviously very large. The Legacy Center needs help in supplementing the cost of putting on this show.
We are proposing the following schedule for sponsorships:
Bronze Sponsors: ($50) will have their name printed on the gymnastics program.
Silver Sponsors ($100) will have their name printed on the program and they will be able to hang their banner in the gym during competition.
Gold Sponsors ($200+) will have both of the above and also have their name printed on the T-shirts each boy receives for participating. Your company will receive a shirt in kind for your own promotions. The shirts will further be for sale to anyone who wants to purchase one during this event.
We are very excited to have this honor as this meet gets wide exposure from all over the state. The potential is also there for media coverage. The gymnasts will further compete regionally and ultimately possibly nationally.
Your company may also help by donating items for the “grab bags”. These are small bags which each participant will receive for the meet. There will also be a coach and judges hospitality room that we need help with. This is a room where the officials of the meet can go to be away from the people, have a bite to eat, relax, etc.
